Overdue hours and overtime hours can be tracked and used in payroll. Hours marked on the worksite and material consumption are used in billing. According to the company’s wishes, there may also be categories of work that can be selected e.g. hourly work, additional work, maintenance work.

An employee logs on his / her own phone and chooses an office or worksite in the maintenance list, and presses start and stop by the end of the day. The working time report from the Valpas system displays the first and last entries of the day for the desired time period.

For Valpas work time tracking, either a device-independent browser-based mobile web, or Android application can be selected.
