The information in the Marketing Register can be obtained by:

6. Personal data protection, security and storage

Digitally processed personal data is protected and stored in a system limited to access only to persons who need this information to perform their duties. The registers are located in password-protected systems. Registers are backed up and safely stored in locked spaces. Personal data is retained for at least the entire duration of the customer relationship or as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in the register to be used. Some information may be kept longer due to statutory obligations.

The Registrar may ask the Registrar to clarify his request and verify the registered identity before the processing request. The controller may refuse to execute the request on the basis of the applicable law.

Each registrant has the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority if the data controller considers that his or her personal data has not been processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
