The purpose of the register is to maintain the customer and marketing register. This information can be used to access our services, such as orders, invoicing, contacts, and other transactions. The information in the Marketing Register can be obtained by:

6. Personal data protection, security and storage

Digitally processed personal data is protected and stored in a system limited to access only to persons who need this information to perform their duties. The registers are located in password-protected systems. Registers are backed up and safely stored in locked spaces. Personal information is protected against external use and the use of data is monitored.

Personal data is retained for at least the entire duration of the customer relationship or as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in the register to be used. Some information may be kept longer due to statutory obligations.

7. Disclosure

The registrar must make the aforementioned requests to execute the right in writing to the registrar. The Registrar may ask the Registrar to clarify his request and verify the registered identity before the processing request. The controller may refuse to execute the request on the basis of the applicable law.

Each registrant has the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority if the data controller considers that his or her personal data has not been processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
