Last year, we lived in an era of rapid development with our NOPSA construction site access control service. We implemented a new software platform for NOPSA, with the aim to enhance customer experience and improve usability of the software. Our entire team from software development to customer enrichment worked extremely hard and by the end of 2021, 80% of our customers had moved to use the new software platform.
Before our office celebrated the beginning of 2022, we conducted an extensive customer survey and gathered feedback on the new platform, its usability and ultimately- how this had effected our customer’s experience. Overall, we’re happy to announce that the third generation NOPSA software has enhanced customer experience and our users have found, that the new software platform eases their daily operations noticeably.
Over the past year, we have had the privilidge of meeting and hearing from several of our customers regarding features we could develop to make everyday life on their construction sites easier. We have fulfilled many of our customers development ideas so that the renewed software platform can serve our customers even better. Below are a few selected comments from our customers.

What can we expect in 2022?
Our quest to enhance customer experience hasn’t been left in 2021, we want to continue to develop our services in 2022. As we mentioned above, 2021 was a year of tremendous development for us. To accompany our new software platforms, we will be launching our revamped mobile application. NOPSA PRO will soon be launched for all our customers. NOPSA PRO will bring a multitude of great new features and will be more modern and easier to use than its predecessor. Our customers will receive more information very soon.
It’s safe to say, that updating our software platform has enhanced customer experience. We’ve been able to react to software development ideas more flexibly and the user’s have enjoyed the new intuitive interface. Thank you to all our customers who took part in the surveys, and to those involved in the development of our software. Our team couldn’t be more excited about all the new exciting things coming in 2022!
