3. Criteria for processing personal data and use of the register
The purpose of the register is to maintain the customer and marketing register. This information can be used to access our services, such as orders, invoicing, contacts, and other transactions. The data can also be used for business development, statistical purposes, and customer communications. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the EU data protection regulation and Finnish law. Information in the register can also be used to target advertising and marketing.
The information in the register is processed by the customer relationship, agreement, express consent and legitimate interest of LogiNets Oy and its customers.

The information in the Marketing Register can be obtained by:
- From digital sources, such as loginets.com or from outside domains
- People themselves, for example, in meetings and events

6. Personal data protection, security and storage
Digitally processed personal data is protected and stored in a system limited to access only to persons who need this information to perform their duties. The registers are located in password-protected systems. Registers are backed up and safely stored in locked spaces. Personal information is protected against external use and the use of data is monitored.
Personal data is retained for at least the entire duration of the customer relationship or as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in the register to be used. Some information may be kept longer due to statutory obligations.
7. Disclosure
The controller may disclose personal information to third parties in the following cases:

The Registrar may ask the Registrar to clarify his request and verify the registered identity before the processing request. The controller may refuse to execute the request on the basis of the applicable law.
Each registrant has the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority if the data controller considers that his or her personal data has not been processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
